The room was large and clean with a good bathroom
The reception area was little seedy which gave a wrong impression of the overall standard of the motel
Everything was fine except for one thing... I especially liked how clean and fresh the bedding was; the bed was extremely comfortable.
The bathroom is so tight that if you leave the door open you can sit straight on the toilet!! If the entry into the room was different the space from it could be added to the bathroom area.
convenience for early morning flight. reasonal price.
inconvenience to moving the luggages between he buildings.
very isolated no restaurants near by the restaurant on site had this hugh menu and what we had was not very good why not focus on a handful of entrees do them great instead of 50 and do them poorly.
Convenient to rental car facilities and PDX. I also liked the fact that the fireplace in the lobby was lit and had some great ambience.
Clean, friendly, dependable, location to airport and restaurants, airport shuttle
It would be nice if there was a sink outside of the bathroom, but we were very happy and comfortable with everything the way it was.
It was close to the airport and had shuttle service to public transportation. They even delivered my luggage to me at the airport, saving me a trip back to the airport from downtown.
The signage is nondescript and far off the Street so friends had trouble finding me.
Location and shuttle seervice to the airport. We had a very early flight and it was no problem at all ofr the staff to accommodate us.
very quiet especially for being near the airport and a road puffy comfortable bed
the location is not conducive to visiting Portland--rather remote
Location and you can't draw the curtains closed.
staff was excellent
stayed on bottom floor and sounded like a herd of cattle staying in the room above. hard to believe that they don't make rooms sound proof these days, especially overhead.
Proximity and transfer service to pdx Airport.
No lift to first floor from reception area .... but the young lady helped me with my case up the stairs and to my room- The restaurant closed quite early for travellers booking in later .... though did offer a room service.
Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent for us as travelers. The room was fine.
Housekeeping did a nice job of cleaning but did not follow through on reporting maintenance requests: running toilet, loose shower control lever. I also noticed that if our coffee carafe was metal the Housekeepers did ' check to see if it had been used as opposed to one which Is glass....we stayed in 2 rooms.
Close to airport
We stayed for 5 days. The Cleaning crew continually forgot to do things in room. One night we came back to the room and didn't have towels. Drain in tub took forever to drain out: room 151c. It seems like it couldn't be that expensive to supply the coffee areas, including rooms, with real cream. Continental breakfast would have been really nice, fast and convenient.
The hotel is close to where our family gathered and has close access from the highway.
I was with my elderly mother and we booked the accessible room which was lacking in several ways. The entry door was so hard to open that I bruised my shoulder pushing it. The bathroom lighting was very dim, especially over the tub. The tub had no stopper, and when a new stopper was put in, it did not work well. The tub would not drain completely. There was a standard shower head rather than a hand-held. No coffee was provided to make coffee. There was no way to make the room dark for sleeping because the curtains do not close. There was no parking available close to the door, so I had to drop Mom off and go around the building to find a parking space.
