great access to parks and attractions for weekend explorers

My recent stay was refreshing as it put me within easy reach of Sacajawea Park, just around a 3 km stroll away, and the Grotto, only about 2.5 km from the hotel, both perfect for enjoying peaceful walks and nature views. The friendly staff made my short visit enjoyable and accommodating.

Good for a quick escape from reality

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The staff were cute, especially Derick who helped me with everything I needed, from carrying my bags to jovially chatting while I checked in.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still manageable.

We enjoyed the free airport shuttle, comfy beds, and super clean rooms. A huge lifesaver for last-minute bookings!

The staff's friendliness truly stood out, making us feel welcomed. Enjoyed the nearby dog parks—ideal for some outdoor fun with our pups! Tip, book a ground-floor room for easy access!

i had a nice stay at red lion hotel. the standard queen room was basic but cozy with comfortable beds. it’s super close to the airport, making it convenient for travelers. the staff were exceptional, really friendly and helpful. i appreciated the coffee available in the reception area, especially for my early departure. everything was pleasantly quiet during my stay, which was a bonus.

This place suits me perfectly! The free airport shuttle, 24-hour reception, and laundry services make my stays enjoyable. I fondly remember how staff assisted my elderly parents on my first visit. Highly recommend for great service!

The standard queen room was clean, with a comfy bed and essential amenities like a fridge and microwave. The shuttle service was convenient for getting to the airport, but navigating the parking lot was confusing, especially with the gate entry. Noise from aircraft was noticeable, although manageable thanks to decent soundproofing.

Clean and spacious rooms.

I can't believe how frustrating this stay was! The door handle barely worked, and I had to struggle to get into my room. Additionally, there was black mold in the bathroom and the microwave was practically useless. To top it off, there was a cracked garbage can that just made everything feel even more unpleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially after visiting The Grotto nearby. The room was spacious and fitted with a mini-fridge, which made it convenient for having snacks and drinks for our little one. The family-friendly vibes made our trip pleasant.

My children wanted to enjoy a pool, but it was gone. Adding a small play area for kids would be great for families.

The check-in process took longer than expected due to their verification process. The lobby staff were polite, and the free shuttle service to the airport was a key convenience during my stay.

The condition of the pillows and furniture was not satisfactory. I had a concerning experience with the shuttle schedule, as it did not align with my needs.

The room was super clean and spacious. I could check in early, which was a nice surprise. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool and using the fitness center to unwind after a long day. The only downside was that the bathroom sink had a little clog, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. 😊

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. My previous visits in portland were decent, but this one really exceeded expectations with its modern amenities and clean rooms on valentine's day. The airport shuttle was also a major plus
